We’re happy to discuss flexible fee structures for ongoing or high-volume hiring needs too.

Do you offer only retained recruitment services, and what are the benefits?

Yes, we exclusively operate on a retained recruitment model, which ensures a committed, high-quality search tailored to each client’s unique needs. This means that we require 1/3 of the expected final fee to kick-start the dedicated search with the remaining 2/3 due upon commencement of the candidate.
